Modipon Limited, was
incorporated in India in 1965, having its
Registered Office at Hapur Road, Modinagar,
District Ghaziabad (U.P.). Erstwhile Indofil Chemicals Limited was amalgamated
effective from the Year 1982. Now Modipon has
two Divisions, namely, Modipon Fibres Company
manufacturing Synthetic Filament Yarns (Nylon
and Polyester), an ISO 9001 : 2000 Company and
Indofil Chemicals Company manufacturing
Agricultural Chemicals, Speciality & Performance
Chemicals and Construction Chemicals, an ISO
9001 & ISO 14001 Company and a Corporate Office
to look after the common activities of the
Company.
Modipon Limited has two Wholly-owned Subsidiary
Companies, namely, Good Investment (India)
Limited and Quick Investment (India) Limited,
engaged in the Business of Investments.
